Marketing Plan
My marketing always starts with the “There’s no place like home”
motto. My plan takes into account each home’s individual and unique
characteristics. The first impression is the most important. The
initial step that we take is to stage your home correctly so that it’s
appealing to the buyer. We always keep in mind our target buyer in
order make that first impression a great one. I then get as many
qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is SOLD, using
email campaigns, direct mail, open houses, online campaigns and
advertising. I will keep you informed of the results of our
activities weekly. I will assist you in getting the highest possible
dollar for your property, with the least amount of stress, always with
your best interests and time constraints in mind. I constantly look
for new and creative ways to best expose your property to the most
potential buyers in the market.
The most valuable characteristics of an excellent Agent can only be
discovered by personal interview. Remember how often something looks
great on paper, but the reality is much different? People skills
and/or problem solving skills in every case will make the difference
in every single situation where a person sells and another buys.
There are two significant moments in the sale of a home. The Buyer’s
first impression and the quality of the negotiations at the offering
table. In both of these moments it’s important to have an agent with
excellent people skills. I take pride that I have outstanding
business knowledge and negotiating skills while still understanding
the nuances that are so necessary in getting cooperation from both
buyer and seller. Understanding people’s motivations and fears has
been a life long study of mine. I have found this most helpful in
negotiating the best situation for my clients though out a
transaction.
